Rob Greer’s journey began in the family truck parts business and on the farm, where he developed a connection with nature and animals. After a brief stint as a shoe salesman, he transitioned to pest control in 2001 to fund his university studies and a two-year mission in Santiago de Chile, where he learned Spanish.

Rob graduated from BYU with a degree in Business Management, emphasizing Marketing. He co-founded Rove Pest Control in Minnesota with partners Lenny Gray and McKay Bodily. Under Rob’s leadership, Rove Pest Control expanded from one branch to five, focusing on team member development, public health awareness, and aligning services with community needs. The company culture he nurtured emphasizes giving first, based on the principles of Education, Preparation, Investigation, and Completion.
